When my dad was sent home after spending a little over a month in the hospital and rehab center, we still needed some one to help with activities of daily living. Galaxy Home Health was recommended upon discharge by one of his case workers… I can’t thank her enough. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable , they created an individualized care plan for him, and will go beyond to meet his needs. We can’t thank them enough!
